Art Incubator: Created the process for creating and selecting fellows and the goals, outcomes, and systems used to mentor, advise, and support the fellows. Additional research was dedicated to understanding the surrounding creative ecosystem, peer institutions, and similar models in non-arts industries. The resulting model include a Series of Workshops and Personalized Mentorship to curate a specialized approach to professional development while promoting a professional learning community environment for skills sharing and peer-to-peer collaboration.
