New Education and Outreach Department: 5-year strategic plan to build new audiences across generations, identities, and experiences. The strategy relies on partners across industries and disciplines, creating relevant and accessible experiences, ultimately generating an additional donated revenue stream, expanding new audiences, and actively contributing to the creative vibrancy of the state while building culturally responsive and affirming programs.

Portfolio of New Programs and Partnerships: Portfolio of 56 partners across the state, focusing primarily on community partners, historically misrepresented and excluded communities, and reciprocal partnerships. 

New Donated Revenue Stream: Co-author advancement strategy that fully integrates new community and educational programming while collaborating on grant applications, slide decks, and talking points to reach maximum potential of earned revenue to support the new department as well as the complete company. 

In-House Leadership and Thought Partnership: Participate in weekly full staff meetings, direct meetings, and 1-on-1 meetings with CEO to ensure consistent, transparent, and supportive processes. Participation is both responsive and proactive, drawing in resources from the surrounding the community as well as regional and national trends.
